Privacy information for this website.
Salonautomatik is a service by Du First.
Controller: Du First, proprietor Hamid Hekmat, Klosterstraße 20, 40211 Düsseldorf, Germany. Contact: business@dufirst.de.
Website operation: The server processes connection information such as IP address, access time, requested address, browser information and technical status to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical hosting providers may receive this information.
Contact form: Your name, email address, optional company details and message are stored in this website's protected inbox to handle your enquiry. Depending on the request, Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR applies. There is no automatic newsletter enrolment or transfer to an external automation system. Local enquiries are deleted after 90 days during daily cleanup. Separate statutory retention requirements may apply to necessary contractual records. Please do not enter patient records or other sensitive information.
Technically necessary session cookies protect the contact form, FAQ demonstration and administration. No advertising or analytics trackers are embedded; image and font resources are served locally. The local FAQ demonstration does not retain your questions and does not create bookings or payments. Short-lived pseudonymised access counters help prevent abuse.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object subject to the statutory conditions. Contact business@dufirst.de. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the data protection authority of North Rhine-Westphalia.
